Tell us as plainly as you can what’s on your mind. The kinds of things we especially want to hear about:

  • “This offer’s changed.” If a chain’s tweaked its deal, paused it, or pulled it altogether — please let us know which chain and what you saw. We’ll re-verify and update the site.
  • “This venue’s closed.” Chains shuffle their estate. If a card is sending people to a shuttered restaurant, we’d rather know than not.
  • “The card’s details are wrong.” Wrong postcode, wrong day, wrong headline — tell us which venue and what’s off.
  • “I run / work at one of these chains.” If you’d like us to update how your chain is listed, or you have a press kit hero we should use, we’re happy to hear from you. We never charge for listings.
  • “I’m a rights-holder and I’d like an image taken down.” Email us and we’ll remove the image promptly. The full image audit is on the credits page.
  • “I have a privacy or data question.” Anything related to the UK GDPR. See also the privacy page.

What we won’t do

  • We don’t take paid placement. Sending money makes no difference to where you appear.
  • We don’t reply to broadcast SEO pitches or link-trade requests.
  • We don’t share email addresses with anyone — see the privacy page.

Response time

We aim to read every email within a week, and reply to anything that needs a reply within two. Privacy requests get acknowledged within 30 days as required by law.
